Stay Safe, Stay Alert: A Pledge to Road Safety A special assembly on Traffic Awareness was held on 23rd January 2025, organized by the students of Dr. Virendra Swarup Public School, Cantt. The session focused on promoting road safety, a critical concern for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers alike. Key points included wearing helmets while cycling or riding motorbikes, using seatbelts in cars, walking on the left side of the road, and avoiding reckless behaviors. In her inspiring address, the esteemed Principal of the institution, Dr. S. Mandal, emphasized the importance of vigilance and adherence to traffic rules. She passionately highlighted how small, mindful actions can prevent accidents and save lives. The assembly concluded with a collective pledge from all participants to act responsibly and contribute to building a safer community.
